These terms and conditions apply to bookings made directly through the official Posidonia House website. By completing a booking, the guest confirms that they have read and accepted the following conditions.

Capacity
The property can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
Any requests for early check-in or late check-out may be considered depending on availability and must be agreed in advance.
Booking and payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer or PayPal, according to the payment methods indicated during the booking process.
The booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night, for guests aged between 18 and 75, and applies only to the first 5 nights.
The tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in.
Security deposit
A security deposit of €300.00 is required.
The security deposit will be returned after check-out, following verification of the condition of the property. The deposit may be withheld, in whole or in part, in case of damage to the property, furniture, equipment, missing items or violation of the stay conditions.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
Cancellation more than 30 days before the check-in date: full refund;
Cancellation between 30 and 7 days before check-in: 50% refund;
Cancellation within 7 days before check-in: no refund.
Any fees applied by payment providers are not controlled by the property and may not be refundable.
Cancellation terms are calculated based on the scheduled check-in date.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
Events and parties
Events, parties or any activities not agreed in advance are not allowed.
Guest responsibility
Guests are responsible for the proper use of the property and its belongings during their stay.
Any damage, malfunction or issue must be promptly reported to the property host.
Guest documents
At check-in, a valid identity document will be required for each guest, in accordance with Italian legal requirements.
Guest data will be communicated to the competent authorities as required by current regulations.
